Designing Evaluation for the Entire World

Oct 27, 2016 3:00pm ‐ Oct 27, 2016 4:30pm

Description

India, China, and Russia represent the majority of the world’s population. Yet, most evaluators working in the US know little about how our profession has developed in these countries and their surrounding regions. Panelists will describe their experiences with evaluation in these diverse contexts, share their visions of what the future may bring, and describe how they believe the global community of evaluators can support each other. Their insights will be set against the backdrop of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which challenge us to make the world a better place for everyone—all 7.4 billion of us.
